Bug
A bug is known as an error in a computer program that prevents it from behaving the way it was designed to perform. It mostly occurs from mistakes within the application’s source code, original design, or failed installations by the end user. A bug may have a wide variety of repercussions, all of which can be a great inconvenience to the program’s user. Some are more subtle and will go undetected for some time. In this case, a program may still function and only experience mild complications. Others are more serious and may cause a program to freeze or crash, which can both lead to a denial or service. A bug can also lead to critical security issues, enabling malicious individuals to gain access to system controls and enjoy unauthorized privileges. Bugs are generally repaired with updates of a particular program. In this instance, it is may recommended for a user to completely remove the previous application for uninterrupted functionality.
