Address Book
Address Book
Address Book was created by Apple and only functions on the Mac OS X operating system. The program essentially has two view modes: View Card and Column and View Card only. Users are able to switch between modes by accessing a control found in the upper-left section of the window.
When using Address book, a user can make edits to all default fields. These areas include: Picture, Name pronunciation, First name, Last Name, Phone Number, Job title, Home page, Email address, Birth date, Instant Messaging user ID.

Address Book can also search LDAP (Lightweight Directory Access Protocol) directories. A user can make these configurations under the LDAP tab of the preferences menu.
